Circuits Integrated Hellas (CIH) is an Athens-based semiconductor company developing radio-frequency integrated circuits for satellite communications, merging III-V compound materials with silicon in proprietary 3D IC stacks for flat-panel antennas. Its first product family, CI-ONE, integrates a Ka-band power amplifier and an RF switch in a single compact surface-mount module for commercial satellite broadband, maritime and in-flight connectivity, defense systems and emergency response. A long-established chip design-services provider with more than 30 tape-outs and a library of over 10 proprietary IP products, CIH is transitioning into a product company, with revenues that grew roughly fivefold in two years to above EUR 2 million.
