NestWorks (巢匠科技) is a Chinese smart desktop CNC manufacturer founded in November 2025 and incubated by robotics company Elephant Robotics. Its first product, the C500 desktop CNC, pairs an industrial-grade 800W spindle (up to 18,000 RPM, ±0.01mm precision, capable of cutting aluminium, stainless steel and titanium) with self-developed Smart CAM software that automates tool selection, toolpath planning and parameter setting for non-expert users. Targeting engineers, designers, research institutions and small manufacturers, the company raised over US$13M on Kickstarter for the C500 and is backed by HSG (Sequoia China), BlueRun Ventures China, Eastern Bell Capital, Vertex Ventures China and Vision Plus Capital.
