Bull (Bull Cred Tech) is a Brazilian credit-as-a-service platform founded in 2025 by ex-FortBrasil executives Juliana Freitas and José Pires Neto. Its modular white-label infrastructure lets financial institutions, fintechs, retailers and marketplaces launch and run their own credit products, bundling credit decisioning, anti-fraud, onboarding, collections and funding connection, with private payroll loans (consignado privado) as the first product. Within about a year it went from MVP to more than 20 mid-to-large clients, including RecargaPay, Ng.Cash, C&A and Pernambucanas, with a team of around 40 people based in São Paulo.
