Bolt

Bolt is a US fintech company founded in 2014 that provides one-click checkout and payment processing for e-commerce merchants. It has since expanded into a consumer super app that combines checkout with financial services, peer-to-peer payments, cryptocurrency and credit cards. Once valued at 11 billion dollars in early 2022, the company shrank from roughly 900 employees in 2021 to about 60 and is pursuing a turnaround under co-founder Ryan Breslow, who returned as CEO in 2025.
