bilt.me is a Tallinn-based AI-native mobile app builder that turns plain-language descriptions into native iOS and Android apps, previews them live on a phone, and helps publish them to the App Store and Google Play. Unlike AI app builders focused on web applications, it supports code-free native development and ships its own supporting layers - Bilt Payments, Bilt Cloud and Bilt Link - while letting users export the underlying React Native code. Founded in August 2025 by Uku Joost Annus, Kevin Akkermann and Karl Kiilaspaa, it runs on a free tier with paid plans from about 15 USD per month plus an enterprise package, and has passed six figures in ARR with revenue doubling month over month.
