Bigway Medical (Suzhou Big Vision Medical Technology) is a Chinese ophthalmic AI company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Suzhou. It develops AI-assisted eye-disease diagnosis built on intelligent imaging hardware, diagnostic software and a cloud data management platform; its MIAS-3000 OCT analysis software was the first medical OCT AI system to receive China NMPA Class III registration, in October 2025. Its devices and software are used in more than 1,000 medical institutions across China, and since 2024 the company has expanded into Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.
