Asymptote Labs builds runtime infrastructure for AI agents, giving security and engineering teams real-time visibility, intelligence and control over agent activity. Its open-source Beacon telemetry layer captures and normalizes agent activity from more than 20 agent harnesses (including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor) into a shared data model extending OpenTelemetry, while the enterprise platform adds policy-driven guardrails at runtime to detect risks such as data leakage, insider threats and AI supply-chain issues. Co-founded by CEO Justin D'Souza and CTO Shukan Shah, both previously of social-engineering defense startup Doppel, it serves security teams and regulated enterprises running AI agents in production.
