ARTCLINE is a Rostock-based German biotech that develops allogeneic immune cell therapies for critical care medicine, focused on septic shock. Its flagship ARTICE therapy uses donor-derived immune cells in an extracorporeal procedure to support and stabilize key functions of a dysregulated immune system, with donor cells manufactured under GMP authorization and CE-marked medical device components. Founded in 2007 as a spin-off from the University Medical Center Rostock, the company completed the 142-patient ReActIF-ICE validation study and is preparing a commercial launch of ARTICE in early 2027.
