Amrax develops Metaroom, an AI-powered spatial-intelligence platform that turns iPhone and iPad LiDAR scans into CAD-ready 2D floor plans and 3D models of interior spaces. Aimed at architects, lighting and energy consultants, facility managers and construction professionals, the platform exports to more than 40 CAD and BIM formats and integrates with tools such as DIALux, RELUX, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Siemens Building X. Launched in 2020 from Puch bei Hallein, Austria, Metaroom is used by professionals in over 175 countries, and Amrax also builds OEM room-capture applications for industrial partners.
