Ahron is a Munich-based HR tech startup building an AI agent platform that automates HR processes end-to-end on top of existing enterprise HR systems. The platform uses Celonis Process Intelligence to create a digital twin of HR processes, giving AI agents the context, policies and guardrails to handle work such as collecting hiring-manager feedback, auditing payroll runs and running employee onboarding. Founded at the end of 2025 by Carl Hoffmann and Rado Pavlov, the company has generated more than €1 million in annual recurring revenue since the start of 2026 and serves customers across the US and Europe.
