Agentiq

Agentiq Sports is a New York-based fintech platform that lets fans invest in professional athletes by buying stakes in their future on-field earnings. Each athlete offering runs through a Delaware Series LLC under a Brand Advisory Agreement and is qualified by the SEC under Regulation A Tier 2, with the athlete receiving non-debt capital and brand advisory services in exchange for a percentage of future Brand Income. Founded in 2025 by Zach Kurtz and Reuben Abraham, the company starts with MLB players and plans to expand into other professional sports.
