50skills is a Reykjavik-based HR technology company, founded in 2017, building what it calls an operating system for people workflows. Its platform combines deterministic workflows, AI agents and human oversight: HR teams describe a process in plain language and the platform turns it into a running workflow connected to the organisation's existing systems, with products including Hire, an applicant tracking system, and Journeys for building and running people processes.
