Overview
This skill generates Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) infographic series optimized for platform engagement. I built it to break content into 1–10 cartoon-style images with 10 visual styles and 8 layout options so creators can produce scroll-stopping social posts quickly. It auto-selects style/layout or accepts explicit choices for precise control.
How this skill works
Upload or paste your article or notes and the skill analyzes topic, tone, audience, and recommended image count. It then creates a project folder with analysis, three distinct outline strategies (story-driven, information-dense, visual-first) and generates sequential image prompts or finished PNG frames. You can auto-accept recommendations or specify style (cute, notion, minimal, etc.) and layout (sparse, dense, list, flow, mindmap, quadrant).
When to use it
- You want Xiaohongshu-style infographic series for product reviews, tutorials, or lifestyle shares.
- You need quick multi-card visual content tailored to XHS engagement signals (save/share/comments).
- You have long-form content that needs to be split into 1–10 swipe cards.
- You want consistent visual presets across a campaign (style + layout combos).
- You need alternative outlines (story, dense facts, or visual-first) before finalizing visuals.
Best practices
- Start with a clear content goal: sharing, tutorial, review, or moodboard to pick the right strategy.
- Let the analyzer recommend image count, then adjust to 3–6 cards for optimal engagement.
- Choose style based on topic signals (e.g., cute for beauty, notion for knowledge).
- Confirm outline and style in the two-step confirmation flow to avoid rework.
- Use high-contrast hero images and short, punchy text per card for mobile-first readability.
Example use cases
- A beauty blogger converting a product test into a 5-card before/after story with warm/cute visuals.
- A SaaS writer producing a 6-card knowledge card set in notion style and dense layout for sharing tips.
- A lifestyle creator turning a weekend guide into a visual-first 4-card mood sequence with pop/retro style.
- A reviewer creating a 7-item comparison list of pros/cons using bold style and comparison layout.
- An educator making a 8-branch mindmap summary in chalkboard style for study-oriented posts.
FAQ
Yes. Provide --style <name> and --layout <name> or select them during the second confirmation step.
How many images should I generate?
The analyzer recommends 2–10 based on content. For XHS, 3–6 cards typically balance depth and engagement.
Can I customize visual elements like decorations and background?
Yes. During outline confirmation you can accept presets or adjust background, decorations, and emphasis elements.
