Overview
This skill is a comprehensive assistant for managing phone and video calls professionally. It prepares you with context and talking points before calls, captures structured notes during conversations, extracts action items and commitments afterward, and builds a searchable history of every important call. It also tracks follow-through on every commitment so nothing falls through the cracks.
How this skill works
Before a call, the skill pulls together relevant history: past calls, open follow-ups, and any shared purpose for the meeting, then suggests objectives and key questions. During the call you feed it short fragments or brief notes; it converts those into a complete, structured record with a one-paragraph summary, decisions, action items with assignees and deadlines, and unresolved questions. After the call it tracks commitments, surfaces upcoming deadlines in daily briefings, drafts follow-ups for overdue items, and stores every call in a searchable conversation history.
When to use it
- Before important sales, client, or stakeholder calls to arrive prepared with history and objectives.
- During high-volume calling days to capture details without losing presence in the conversation.
- After a call to extract action items, assign owners, and start follow-ups immediately.
- When you need an auditable record of commitments for negotiations, disputes, or onboarding.
- For teams or individuals who want a searchable, cumulative memory of every significant conversation.
Best practices
- Provide a short stated purpose for each upcoming call so the skill can prioritize relevant context.
- Feed simple fragments during the call (phrases, names, deadlines) rather than full sentences.
- Review the generated summary and action items immediately after the call to confirm accuracy.
- Use the daily briefing to surface approaching deadlines and overdue commitments.
- Keep sensitive content private: the skill stores call records in your personal agent memory only.
Example use cases
- A salesperson prepping for a prospect call retrieves past conversations, outstanding promises, and priority questions to close the deal.
- An executive captures commitments during a board call and gets reminded of deliverables before deadlines.
- A consultant builds a client conversation archive to brief new team members and reduce onboarding time.
- A project manager uses generated action items to assign tasks and track vendor commitments through to completion.
FAQ
Yes. The skill works with any content you choose to provide, including external transcripts or recordings, and integrates that context into the call record.
Who can access my call records?
All call records stay in your personal agent memory and are not shared with other users or third parties unless you explicitly export or share them.
