This skill lets you search indexed Discord community discussions via Answer Overflow to uncover real-world solutions, troubleshooting threads, and community Q&A. It exposes thread URLs, markdown fetch options, and an MCP API to find and retrieve full message histories. Use it to surface answers that aren’t available on traditional forums or docs.

How this skill works

The skill queries Answer Overflow’s index and MCP endpoints to locate threads by keyword, server, or channel. It returns thread links and can fetch full thread content in markdown when requests include the appropriate Accept header or by using the /m/ or .md URL patterns. Additional tools let you discover indexed servers, retrieve all messages from a thread, and find similar discussions.
